Bootcamp


There will be no Boot Camp on
Saturday the 11th of February


It is time to get in shape for the summer!

In a fun, friendly atmosphere:

  • Lose fat and look good
  • Improve fitness and stamina
  • Increase energy levels
  • Fit back into those tight jeans
  • Have a great workout

Boot Camp is an outdoor group training session lasting an hour. Classes are a mix of strength and cardio activities.
All levels of fitness are welcome.

Do you live in East Amsterdam and would like to go to Boot Camp?  I am
thinking of starting a class at 1.30pm on Tuesdays in either Flevopark
or Diemerpark.  Please email info@wilsonsworkouts.nl if you are interested.

If you are interested in boot camp but the location and/or times don’t suit please let me know. It is possible to start new classes.
