Wilson’s Workouts is based in Amsterdam and will travel to your home with the equipment you need to workout with.

You don’t need a lot of space or equipment to train in your own home. In just a small space I can create fun, motivational and effective training sessions. If you enjoy the outdoors it is also possible to train in a park near your house. I come to you saving your time getting to and from a gym.
